STOP ABUSING WOMEN –“NOW”

Women are human beings. I will admit that over the centuries, in all western countries, the place of women in our societies has made great strides for equality with the men, but we have  still a long way to go. To be honest I do not believe equality will ever be completely achieved because nature dominates all, and men in nearly  every case will be born stronger than women and will retain this state. They also have a greater desire for sex, and because of their strength will do so , even if they are breaking the laws under which they live. I have a project that I have brought to the attention of Canadian authorities, with so far, no luck. I do not have to tell you that women, when they get the urge to relieve themselves, take much longer in the toilets. If you are in a major building when there is an intermission there is no line-up in the men`s washroom waiting outside the door, and many women waiting outside their washroom. It would be so easy to force the cities that control the building laws for new structures, to make the city by-laws with a clause that make two or three times as many toilet seats as they put in now, legally impossible to avoid. And, of course, permits for renovations must include new toilet seats for the weaker sex. I, have so far achieved NOTHING.

But I want to even the odds for women even when they are the weaker sex. Any man who physically abuses a woman must go to jail  for 1 month if the woman complains to the police and the case is brought before the courts. This allows a married woman to take a less onerous route and do nothing. The judge cannot impose a weaker sentence, no matter the circumstances if the case is brought to court. The male ,no matter what the woman does to him cannot retaliate. He must just run away and defend himself and call the police. The woman can then be charged with physical abuse if warranted. I honestly believe the fear of one month jail sentence will alter the desire of men to dominate women physically and alter what nature has created. Males dominate in animals, and always have, but humans can use laws to prevent the abuse that takes place in our society. I believe this can work in western society.

I originally finished this entry to this blog on Nov. 11, but then I came up with a piece on the same subject in Wikipedia and I was entranced. Sexual Assault is recognized as a crime in the United States military. It is defined as sexual contact or acts upon a person who did not give consent, but it does not involve necessarily the use of physical threat or abuse of authority by the perpetrators. Or in simple words if a high-ranking officer begins an attempt to have sex with a person in a lower rank, whether male or female, and they do not care to partake in the acts,  they are free to say –No.–Sure, and the lower ranking person who refused, will find themselves cleaning toilets or being transferred to a location in another country. Try and prove the guilt of the perpetrating officer. That is impossible. Sexual assault is an ongoing issue in the U.S. armed forces and recently in 2012 a Pentagon survey found that approximately 26,000 women and men were assaulted that year, only 3,374 cases were reported. In 2013 a new report by the Pentagon found that 5,060 troops reported cases of assault, and 484 cases went to trial, with 376 convictions. Officers of the army depend on loyalty and even in the cases of sexual actions where do you draw the line. You have to obey a higher ranking officer. The army is based on that standard. In addition there is retaliation against soldiers remaining in service as many former members who reported sexual assaults were forced to leave after being discharged. Reasons for discharge included a “personality disorder” or engaged in homosexual conduct
